Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and office technology
- Ability to maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and trust
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to handle cash, paperwork, and financial transactions accurately
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, phone, and standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly with members and team members
- Ability to work in a branch environment with frequent public interaction
