Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and office technology
- A background check and drug test are required in the preemployment process.

- Prior experience in consumer lending preferred
- Experience in member service or financial services strongly preferred
