About The Position

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are currently seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment to support Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). This is an amazing opportunity to directly support global Command and Control Mission Support program.

Requirements

  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • A University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 4 years related project scheduling experience, required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite of tools to coordinate and execute a deployment schedule
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat DC.
  • Familiarity with the Foreign Clearance Guide and joint travel regulations.
  • Effective communicator via various means (telephone, email, memorandum, collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Slack, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • Military Deployment experience.
  • Experience coordinating visa and passports to facilitate travel.
  • Familiar with use of the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence) for task management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; ensuring product quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
  • Develop briefings, system architectures, and risk analysis.
  • Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to coordinate work performed and serve as the point of contact with the Government Portfolio Managers and Technical Representatives.
  • Provide leadership and management, oversight, control and direction to all team members including subcontractors.
  • Provide frequent and open channels of communication within a team environment and with government partners for the management of multiple program activities.
