The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of deployment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, field operations knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Requirements

Chantilly, VA. as you will be in the office multiple days each week.
PMP certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with focus on field deployment, installations, or rollouts.
Project documents: To include but not limited to; Charter, Vendor Service Agreements, Statement of Work, Schedules, Job Safety Analysis, Permits, As-Builts and Redlines, Equipment or Inventory Management, Change Orders, Invoicing, Milestones, Close out Package (COP).
Strong knowledge of operations environment to include but not limited to; OSHA, JSA, coordinating with partners or sub-contractors, supplier relationships.
Experience in project scoping, cost estimation, and monitoring.
Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure (fiber optics, wireless systems, network equipment, microwave links, cabling, or site construction)
Deep understanding of full life cycles to include planning, execution, and closure.
Clear and open communications with field personnel.
Strong skills in Microsoft applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to operate across time zones.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in vendor platforms (SiteTracker, OneVizion, Siterra, Fuze, MagentaBuild, etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Lead the execution of telecom deployment projects, ensuring all activities are carried out according to the project plan.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless deployment.
Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project efficiency.
Identify resource gaps and implement solutions to address them.
Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact.
Ensure all deployment activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects remain within financial constraints.
Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders and address any budgetary issues.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built records.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
