Unit Counselors are the primary caregivers for each camper. They are responsible for teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities and guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills. Unit Counselors provide direct, continuous supervision of campers while campers are on site. They ensure the physical, mental, and emotional safety of campers in a girl-centered space, facilitate daily camp activities, implement weekly programming, and facilitate community building within the camper group.
