About The Position

Job Description Summary: Supports the operations and maintenance of Unison PRISM at the department level for a federal agency. This position provides operational support with Integrations, Tier-3 helpdesk requests and assisting the team with the change requests. The team offers end-user support, training, upgrade support, and integration with Oracle Federal Finances and data warehouse. In this role, a typical day will include: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using tools like Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB). Build and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) and develop custom components using languages like SQL and PL/SQL. Troubleshooting SOA technical issues between Oracle Federal Financials and PRISM integration. Work closely with the functional team to assist with PRISM technical issues. Develop and deliver ad-hoc data extracts to the customer. Deliver tier-three support to resolve customer incidents. Identify opportunities for the client to improve operational processes related to acquisition management. Working understanding of change management processes. Coordinate and test any development. Support user testing and related documentation. Provide input on project schedules and effort estimates. Prepare and maintain application documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems. Assist the DBA support team with installation and configuration issues. Support software installation and validation in production and lower environments. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines). 5+ years of increasingly responsible and relevant experience in procurement systems. 3+ years of experience with Unison/Compusearch PRISM software. Extensive work experience with the Oracle SOA Suite (Fusion Middleware), SQL and PL/SQL experience. Work experience with the Windows Server Environment, .NET, Web Services, and XML ABOUT THE PROGRAM Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a Public Trust US Citizenship Required Work Location: 100% Remote The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines).
  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible and relevant experience in procurement systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with Unison/Compusearch PRISM software.
  • Extensive work experience with the Oracle SOA Suite (Fusion Middleware), SQL and PL/SQL experience.
  • Work experience with the Windows Server Environment, .NET, Web Services, and XML
  • 8 + years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
