About The Position

As an Oracle System Analyst at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the functional and technical heartbeat behind our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform—keeping modules like HCM, ORC, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, and Payroll running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to transform complex challenges into intuitive solutions, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and continuous improvement. From configuration to optimization, analytics to upgrades, you’ll help power the systems that support the people driving America’s clean-energy future. What You Will Do? In this role, you’ll become the go-to wizard for all things Oracle Fusion. That means: Configuring, enhancing, and maintaining HCM, ORC, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, and other modules to keep operations flowing. Keeping our enterprise structures accurate and aligned—jobs, positions, security roles, approvals, and Experience Design Studio magic included. Troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and partnering closely with HR/IT to keep everything running seamlessly. Building data insights through OTBI dashboards, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and HDL/HSDL uploads. Leading testing, upgrades, quarterly patch reviews, and enhancements to stay ahead of Oracle’s innovation curve. Streamlining business processes, improving user experience, and ensuring governance and documentation stay audit-ready. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or another enterprise HRIS.
  • Practical experience configuring core modules such as HCM, ORC, Benefits, Absence, T&L, or Payroll.
  • Strong familiarity with workflows, roles/security provisioning, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and system troubleshooting.
  • Technical comfort using: OTBI / BI Publisher HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader Fast Formulas (even better if you're not afraid of them!) ESS job monitoring Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data wrangling).
  • Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to translate complex configurations into clear guidance for HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and leaders.

  • Experience supporting multiple modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.
