About The Position

The Opportunity We’re hiring two UC & Connectivity Specialists to focus purely on new business acquisition who have a proven track record in selling complex UC & connectivity solutions This is a true hunter role — but not a traditional cold‑calling setup. You won’t be working random lists or measured on dials for the sake of it. Instead, you’ll be working smart, using existing data, previous customer relationships, and group opportunities across Radius to win new customers. Your focus will be bringing brand‑new customers into Radius , positioning us as a long‑term partner for telephony and connectivity, not just a one‑off supplier. What makes this role different? You’ll generate opportunities through: Existing Radius data Previous customers we’ve worked with historically Group customers across other Radius businesses Introductions created by working closely with colleagues across the wider Radius group Proactive targeting of specific locations, sectors, and opportunities You’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up , think creatively, and go after opportunities others might not spot. A major part of this role is helping drive our Connected Buildings proposition. This involves: Targeting serviced and multi‑tenant buildings Securing a backbone connectivity circuit into the building Using that infrastructure to sell UC and connectivity services to multiple businesses within the same location What you’ll be responsible for: Winning new‑logo customers for Radius across UC and Connectivity Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Using data, insight, and internal relationships to unlock introductions Selling telephony and connectivity solutions into brand‑new customers Leading conversations from first contact through to close Managing your own pipeline with discipline and intent Running customer meetings via phone, Teams, and face-to-face Positioning Radius as a trusted, long‑term technology partner Sharing insight and learnings back into the wider specialist sales team Someone who: Enjoys opening doors and creating momentum Is comfortable starting conversations from scratch Takes ownership and accountability for results Isn’t afraid to graft when needed You’ll be given freedom to perform in your role, and trusted to use it well.

Requirements

  • A strong, proven track record selling UC and Connectivity solutions
  • Demonstrable success winning new‑logo business
  • Deep understanding of telephony and connectivity, such as hosted voice, SIP, leased lines, Ethernet, FTTP, and related services
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Commercially sharp, resilient, and self‑motivated
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a wider team culture
