Position Summary Collaborates with national accounts and electronic data interchange support to coordinate and implement projects for customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of transportation, data analysis, or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

  • Collects data and business requirements from customers by analyzing key documents, such as trading partner profiles, customer scorecards, and electronic data interchange specifications.
  • Prepares internal reports to update management on account statuses.
  • Communicates daily with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Processes data service requests to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Delivers verbal and written communication to senior executives.
  • Monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance customer connectivity strategies.
