Underground Night Shift Production Lead
About The Position
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel culture Establish and maintain effective communication within all areas of operation Conduct regular inspections for safety, housekeeping and mechanical issues Implement and apply all safety rules, regulations and procedures of the mine Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately Work in a team environment Operate heavy mobile equipment Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of team members Train workers in operation of equipment and safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years related experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Production equipment operation
- Troubleshooting
- OSHA and MSHA regulations
- Time management
- Problem solving skills
- Detail orientated
- Communication and leadership skills
