About The Position

This is a hands-on internship at Franklin Templeton, a global investment management firm, for an undergraduate student. As a Client Representative Intern within the Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team, the intern will gain real-world experience supporting financial advisors and shareholders while developing valuable skills for a future career in financial services. The internship runs from June 8, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and is located in Rancho Cordova, CA, with a hybrid work schedule. Interns will learn the fundamentals of the mutual fund and investment services industry, Franklin Templeton’s products, services, and operations. They will also communicate professionally with financial advisors and shareholders, execute financial and non‑financial transactions accurately and compliantly, and deliver high‑quality, confidential, and customer‑focused service. The program includes comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching, providing practical experience in client communication, regulatory processes, professionalism, problem-solving, and navigating enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate student
