We are offering multiple co-op opportunities starting in Summer 2026. As a co-op, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience and advancing your professional skills. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize manufacturing operations through technology-driven solutions. You will work at the intersection of manufacturing, data, and digital innovation, applying analytics, AI, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business results. Design, develop, test, and enhance components of digital applications and data solutions that support operational excellence. Apply AI and automation tools to transform manual processes into scalable, intelligent digital workflows. Translate business challenges into technical requirements and actionable system solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions. Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to leadership. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and process reliability across manufacturing and business functions. Perform data analysis using analytics, database, and visualization technologies to drive strategic decisions. Support implementation of digital, innovation, and technology initiatives across the organization. Requirements

• Amgen requires that all individuals applying for an undergrad internship or co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum 3.00 GPA.
• Pursuing or have completed at least 3 years of study in Engineering (Computer, Software or Mechanical Engineering), Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of this program.

Nice To Haves

• 3.20 GPA or higher.
• Flexibility to participate in the program for 6 months up to 1 year.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to build structured analyses and presentations.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala; familiarity with data analytics, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
• Exposure to data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or database technologies is highly desirable.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging technology to create innovative, practical solutions.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and apply knowledge in real-world settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
