About The Position

Performs imaging procedures. Provides patient services imaging modalities.

Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA approved school and meets requirements of American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, and/or New York State Department of Health Licensure required.
• Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
• Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.
• Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability.
• Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
