About The Position

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our vascular team with a home base at our Maplewood Clinic and Specialty Center in Maplewood, MN! This is a float position that will also travel to Southdale Hospital and Southdale Medical Center in Edina and the Vein Solution Clinic in Maple Grove. This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM. No weekends. Performs diagnostic Ultrasound exams under the direction of a Radiologist.

Requirements

• Associate of Science from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
• Regist Diag Med Sonographer within 1 Year
• RVT within 6 months

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospital-based experience
• Proficiency in interventional, and vascular ultrasound

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic Ultrasound exams under the direction of a Radiologist.
