Job Description: Ultrasound Technologist (Urology Practice)- Float Location: Western Region Float Hours: 4/10hr shifts Mon-Fri Organization: NYI In This Role, You Will: ● Perform a wide range of urology related ultrasound exams including, renal, bladder, prostate and small parts in an outpatient setting. ● Prepare preliminary written impressions and communicate results to on site urologists ● Maintain and document regular equipment maintenance. ● Review and execute current lab protocols and assure emergent tests are expedited. ● Assist doctors with outpatient-related procedures/biopsies. ● Follow and understand all radiology policies and procedures. ● Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and computer skills . Must be willing and able to float throughout our Urology locations

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.
  • ARDMS (AB) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor;s or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Urology ultrasound experience is a plus.
