About The Position

Overview Shift: Mon to Thurs 730am to 6pm Responsibilities RESPONSIBLE FOR: Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or JRCERT accredited hospital based training program.
• Two (2) years of experience required.
• ARDMS registered in at least 2 specialties.
• BLS certified.

Nice To Haves

• Registered ARDMS and/or RVS/RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) is preferred.
