About The Position

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Operates ultrasound equip to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
  • Four (4) years of experience required.
  • ARDMS registered in at least 3 specialties. (Does not include RVT)
  • BLS certified.

Nice To Haves

  • Registered ARDMS and/or RVS/RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) is preferred.
