About The Position

MGB Digital is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst! The Opportunity We are seeking a Configuration Specialist with extensive expertise with UKG Pro WFM. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Expertise in configuring and implementing at least one of the following UKG Pro WFM areas: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics or reporting.
• Experience with writing and executing test plans designed for direct and regression testing
• Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs that can align with enterprise standardization.
• Bachelor's Degree Information Systems preferred
• MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications
• 2-3 years required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation.
• Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Engage in dedicated project work.
• Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates.
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and online training.
