About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a UI ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow UI development and portals
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with user interface design and development

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with UX/UI design tools
• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms
• Experience with dashboard and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow user interfaces, portals, and dashboards
• Design front-end components integrated with ServiceNow workflows
• Customize ServiceNow UI and user experiences
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards
• Work with backend developers and workflow teams
• Develop dashboards, reports, and user portals
• Support platform UI improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience
