About The Position

Info -Matrix corporation is seeking a skilled UBOS Trainer to join our team! This will be a full -time, 12+ month opportunity to work with a fantastic team. This is a hybrid opportunity and requires being onsite 40% of the time. The UBOS Trainer will be collaborating with a larger training team and will be responsible for:

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering both in -person and virtual training sessions, with the ability to engage learners and effectively transfer knowledge.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering both in -person and virtual training sessions, for a high -volume contact center.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training for SAP S/4 HANA system.
A minimum of 1 implementation project experience in delivering training for Tolling Back Office Agents.
Proven experience in designing and developing e -learning content, ideally using Articulate 360, or similar e -learning tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Moodle.
The ability to become familiar with the technical aspects of UBOS and the ability to translate complex processes into user -friendly training material.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
