About The Position

What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development. Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving. Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent. Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration. Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED and one of the following:
• Completed course EDU 119
• Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
• Authorization to work in the United States
