About The Position

Our Trust Operations team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Operations Analyst I, Funding to join our growing team. As a Trust Operations Analyst I, Funding, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Payroll Services customer payrolls and funding. This funding would include our customers’ employee direct deposits, payroll taxes, and wage garnishments.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Payroll or a similar industry with high volume, time-sensitive movement of funds on behalf of customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Related Work Experience
  • Experience with ACH, wire, and reverse wire funding methods and associated transaction processes
  • Tech-savvy (you’ll need to become familiar with a lot of different software)
  • Ability to shift between tasks with ease
  • Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Funding Processing, including but not limited to: Customer Payroll Funding & Bank Monitoring for Funding Transactions, Held & Returned Funding Research & Resolution
  • Monitor and manage wires received from customers
  • Monitor and manage customer funding challenges
  • Process Collections and Refunds to customers
  • Ensure Payroll Processing controls are properly executed
  • Ensure adherence to department and company SOPs
  • Provide internal support to Payroll teams
  • Collaborate with team members to create efficiencies and improve processes
  • Stay updated on banking rules and processes impacting funding
  • Keep Management informed of any issues encountered in a Timely fashion
  • Track Metrics and create reports as needed
  • Any additional duties assigned by Management
