Job Description Responsible to lead a Global Corporate Trust - Trust Review Analyst team within the National Trust Review unit to meet business objectives. Develops and maintains policies, procedures, guidelines and training initiatives. Hires and train staff, establishes and monitors performance goals, coaches employees, and recognizes and rewards performance results. Serve as an expert resource for complex problem solving. Ensures compliance and audit requirements are met. Responsible for expense management. In addition to core leadership duties, key responsibilities include: Monitoring critical compliance ticklers, reviewing risk associated with aged compliance items. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and support evolving business needs. Participating in system enhancements, development, and testing. The Trust Review Analyst team is responsible for performing independent initial and amendment account reviews, ensuring collateral interests remain perfected and processing compliance ticklers (e.g., financial statements, compliance certificates).

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of experience in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service
  • Two or more years of management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the Corporate Trust division, its products, processes, and related bank and regulatory regulations
  • Ability to effectively manage trust unit functions in operations, processes, and compliance.
  • Strong management skills to include planning, budgeting, and people management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk
  • Ability to analyze and interpret corporate trust legal documents
  • Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
