Role Summary Join our Associated Bank Trust Operations team and help ensure a seamless experience for our clients. In this role, you’ll process key administrative transactions, support trust administration partners, and ensure accounts are opened, maintained, and closed accurately. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in trust operations while contributing to a high-impact, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry

Responsibilities

  • Process administrative transactions including account openings, maintenance, asset transfers, cash movements, client communications, and account closings.
  • Review incoming forms and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate receipts, deliveries, transfers, and re-registration of securities, and facilitate proceeds from real estate, insurance, and other assets.
  • Monitor the Client Services shared mailbox and distribute work across functional teams, generating and tracking follow-up reports as needed.
  • Facilitate timely and compliant distribution of assets during account closures, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
  • Generate templated client communications such as welcome letters, retention letters, and address updates.
  • Initiate on-demand check printing and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
  • Support daily ILIT administration by ensuring timely premium payments and required client notifications.
  • Collaborate with business line, compliance, and audit teams to maintain adherence to established procedures and regulatory standards.
