You'll conduct research, compile client information, and maintain files to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Each day will involve communication with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on their cases, fostering a customer-centric approach. You will also assist in the coordination of estate administration tasks and manage deadlines to ensure timely compliance with legal requirements. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday during standard business hours, offering a structured workday that balances professional development with the flexibility of remote work. What we're looking for in a Trust Administration/Estate Planning Paralegal To thrive as a Trust Administration/Estate Planning Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, you will need a blend of skills and experience tailored for the intricacies of estate planning. A strong understanding of trust funding, estate plan structures, and effective client communication flow is essential, enabling you to manage each case independently from start to finish with minimal attorney oversight. Key skills include the ability to conduct thorough initial client intake reviews and identify key issues or missing information. You should be adept at preparing and reviewing client intake materials (CIMI), accurately drafting legal packets, and coordinating with drafting support while managing document versions. Additionally, facilitating Draft Review meetings and preparing for client signing meetings are crucial tasks. Experience with tools like WealthCounsel and MyCase is preferred, as maintaining detailed task tracking and communication in MyCase will be part of your daily responsibilities.
