Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 5 years of professional trucking experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical capabilities
• Ability to resolve customer issues involving drivers, materials, and service expectations
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage trucks, truck resources, and varying truck schedules.
• Monitor employee training and certification.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Travel to job sites to determine truck needs.
