Requirements

  • Must be able to influence the operations of others, concurrently with taking direction from and supporting the vision of the company.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and cross-functional partners outside of direct authority to ensure successful project completion.
  • May need to collaborate with legal and other corporate departments to ensure programs proceed without compliance or procedural obstacles.
  • Must be proven leader able to motivate, inspire, and engage diverse groups
  • Develop long-term and strategic plans and the tactics required to ensure that those plans are realized.
  • Ability to create effective initiatives, programs, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency with various computer-based applications including SalesOverdrive, DTNA Connect, Excel, Word.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and three or more years retail truck sales and two years of managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Order & Contract Management: Assist with managing the entire sales lifecycle, including sales orders, contracts, proposals and invoicing accuracy.
  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems, track sales KPI’s, and generate reports on sales performance, inventory, and delivery status.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with all dealership departments to facilitate seamless vehicle delivery processes.
  • Compliance & Process: Ensure all sales adhere to PTG, PAG and (OEM) guidelines, federal/state regulations, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor sales administration staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Expanded Scope: Analyze and suggest improvements for sales administration duties
  • Performs regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support Sales Manager with management of sales processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
