Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Truck Driver/Warehouse employee in our Bloomington, IL facility.

Requirements

  • Class C driver's license
  • A clean motor vehicle record
  • Valid Driver's License and Medical Card
  • Be able to drive a 26 ft Straight Truck (GVWR 26,000)
  • Proven experience as a truck driver with a focus on safety and reliability
  • Ability to operate and maintain a company vehicle
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems, Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and switch between duties quickly.
  • Constant handling of materials, including printed goods and packaging.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility
  • Regularly move up to 40+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

  • Operate a commercial truck (26 ft Straight Truck GVWR 26,000) to transport cargo to and from designated locations.
  • Load, secure, and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and updates.
  • Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE.
  • Stage, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment based on paper or electronic instructions.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Record and update inventory transactions in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
