Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Truck Driver/Warehouse employee in our Bloomington, IL facility.

Requirements

Class C driver's license
A clean motor vehicle record
Valid Driver's License and Medical Card
Be able to drive a 26 ft Straight Truck (GVWR 26,000)
Proven experience as a truck driver with a focus on safety and reliability
Ability to operate and maintain a company vehicle
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Familiarity with basic computer systems, Microsoft 365.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and switch between duties quickly.
Constant handling of materials, including printed goods and packaging.
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 40+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

Operate a commercial truck (26 ft Straight Truck GVWR 26,000) to transport cargo to and from designated locations.
Load, secure, and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and updates.
Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE.
Stage, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pull and prepare orders for shipment based on paper or electronic instructions.
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
Record and update inventory transactions in the system.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
