About The Position

As a Trimmer, you will perform a variety of techniques to work with composite components as part of the manufacturing process. For over 30 years SEKISUI Aerospace has been designing, testing, and manufacturing composite products for the aerospace industry. Requirements

  • Pre-employment drug screen required.
  • Submit to a background screening.
  • Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.
  • Meet (ITAR) export control compliance requirements, specifically being a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

  • Ability to read and understand detailed instruction.
  • Capability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Able to identify defective materials and parts.
  • Understanding of technology with the ability to learn new platforms and systems.
  • One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Trim and deburr fabricated components using pneumatic power tools.
  • Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Promote safety in the workplace.
