To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai You will… - Lead projects to improve tools and processes to efficiently discover and track issues. - Use an automation first approach to evaluate software releases and improve our release process. - Implement a data driven methodology for issue prioritization and resolution. - Create high quality documentation to train new team members and productionalize novel processes. - Help drive Waabi’s safety culture through application of safety standards and methodologies in your area of responsibility across all supporting teams at Waabi including Systems Engineering, Hardware and Software. - Support the documentation and tracing of all product and system requirements to tests and their executions. - Continuously evaluate and enhance Waabi’s behavioral evaluation capabilities, look for novel approaches, identify and apply lessons learned and ensure a detailed and comprehensive documentation that is easily accessible.

Requirements

• Undergrad required; Undergrad or Masters in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of automotive, robotics, aerospace or related industry experience.
• Experience with requirements and metrics for driving behavior evaluations.
• Experience with root causing complex systems in structured and unstructured testing.
• Experience with methods and standards such as STPA, SOTIF (ISO 21448) and / or UL 4600.
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering and physics.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts or data in a simple-yet-accurate manner.
• Excellent data analysis skills with modern tools such as Python or Matlab.
• Open-minded and collaborative leader who is eager to provide guidance and has the willingness to help others.
• Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in launching a driverless product.
• Experience in the automotive self driving industry.
• Experience building software systems from scratch.
• Experience in robotics or machine learning.
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
