About The Position
San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This position plays a vital role in providing high-quality wound care and treatment services to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Current and active California nursing license (LVN or RN, as applicable)
- Prior experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care and treatment services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation
- Monitor wound healing progress and report changes or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and regulatory standards
- Educate nursing staff on proper treatment and wound care protocols
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
