The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides high-quality patient care in the home setting by following the established plan of care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Requirements
- Active California LVN License
- Current CPR Certification
- 2+ years of direct patient care experience (home health experience required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care as directed by the RN and patient plan of care
- Provide accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collect assessment data and communicate findings to RN and physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Use clinical equipment safely and efficiently
- Engage in ongoing professional development
