Requirements

  • Current and active California LVN license
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
