StepStone Family & Youth Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Treatment Director (LCSW) who places trauma informed care at the center of their practice and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth in foster care. This role is ideal for a clinician who understands the profound impact of trauma, loss, and disrupted attachment, and who is dedicated to creating environments that promote safety, trust, healing, and resilience. The Treatment Director will provide compassionate clinical leadership, therapeutic oversight, and direct support to children and families navigating complex emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate approaches care through a trauma responsive, strengths-based lens, prioritizing relationship building, emotional regulation, and culturally responsive practices that honor each child’s experiences and voice. In this role, you will help guide a team in implementing trauma informed practices that foster stability, empowerment, and long-term wellbeing for youth and caregivers.
