Requirements

• Dental or healthcare office experience preferred
• Pediatric dental experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing insurance and treatment costs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Review and explain treatment plans with parents/guardians
• Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and review financial options
• Assist with pre-authorizations and treatment documentation
• Work closely with providers and front office staff
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide excellent customer service to children and families
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
