Requirements

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front-office experience
Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules
Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments
Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
Communicate clearly with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
