About The Position

As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily financial operations and ensuring a seamless flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include handling Finance’s mail, preparing daily cash position reports, and supporting cashflow organization. You will also be responsible for coding checks, conducting settlement confirmations, and performing bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of general transactional accounting experience
• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
• Must have experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields nice to have
• Mortgage, loans, or financial services background nice to have

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and distribute Finance’s mail on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and organize cashflow support.
• Prepare weekly notes not sent to bank reports.
• Log and code checks received for the cash management group.
• Conduct pairoff settlement confirmation with brokers and submit wire requests three times a month.
• Perform low activity bank/liability reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Administer appraisal payment sites, such as Speedpay.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
