About The Position

The Treasury Management Implementation Coordinator will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to Treasury Management customers as well as internal bank personnel.  This position will be responsible for coordinating with the Treasury Management Sales team to document new treasury services requests, ensure accurate implementation of systems, and train customers on treasury services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in banking as customer service representative
  • Proficient knowledge of online banking, electronic payments such as ACH and Wires, remote deposits, and account analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be able to work well in a deadline driven, fast past environment

Responsibilities

  • Accepting new service requests from TM Sales Officers, then preparing necessary agreements and documents for a customer to sign and execute.
  • Coordinating with the TM Sales Officer and customer to ensure accurate completion of agreements and documents and coordinating with TM Support Staff to ensure accurate setup of services on the system.
  • Providing training to the customers' end-users on the new treasury services as requested.
  • Ensuring all documentation is scanned, follow up with customer is complete, and Sales team are appraised of the condition/satisfaction of the overall implementation.
  • Providing advanced level support to customers with questions, requests, or issues regarding TM products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing internal support and responding with high degree of professionalism to branch, lending, and other personnel.
  • Assisting with Audits and Exams as needed.
  • Providing administrative duties as needed (i.e. ordering supplies, scheduling appointments for sales officers, printing customer resources as necessary, etc…)
  • Assisting with special projects as needed (i.e. RDC updates, Online Banking or App enhancements, new product launches, etc…)
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
