Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- You bring 3+ years of treasury, banking, or finance experience (hospitality a plus)
- You have hands-on experience with cash management, bank reconciliations, and account administration
- You understand wires, ACH processing, and banking file formats (including BAI codes)
- You’re experienced with online banking platforms and financial systems
- You’re highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
- You’re detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- You’re proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally
- You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- You’re always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
Responsibilities
- Owning and managing corporate treasury operations across multiple properties and bank accounts
- Monitoring daily cash positions and proactively identifying risks or irregularities
- Executing and overseeing wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers with precision
- Managing banking relationships and maintaining account structures across a diverse portfolio
- Leading credit card merchant account (MID) setup, maintenance, and optimization
- Driving process improvements across cash management, expense reporting, and card programs
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
- Partnering with accounting, operations, and IT to resolve payment and system issues
- Supporting acquisitions, audits, and due diligence with accurate financial data and documentation
- Working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are key
