Managing CMS platforms, domains, and vendor relationships. Driving technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. Optimizing website performance across UX/UI, conversion funnels, and mobile experience. Conducting audits for site health, speed, ADA, and GDPR compliance. Creating and optimizing content that improves search visibility and engagement. Partnering on paid media strategy across Google Ads, Metasearch, OTA placements, and Paid Social. Analyzing performance metrics like ROAS, ADR impact, CPC, and share to drive decisions. Collaborating with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align digital strategy with demand periods. Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies. We’re excited to have you because... You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. You bring 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality. You have strong expertise in website management, technical SEO, and paid media. You’re proficient in tools like GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio. You’re analytical, organized, and able to translate data into actionable insights. You manage projects effectively and can balance multiple priorities. You communicate clearly and collaborate across teams with ease. Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • You bring 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
