Provides internal and external customer service, technology support and processing support for the Bank’s treasury management clients. The individual will have direct contact with Bank clients and their staff via incoming and outgoing phone calls, and all digital communication channels. The incumbent will work collaboratively with treasury management department staff and other Bank departments in order to establish and maintain client products and services. This includes all treasury management services, including but not limited to Business Online Banking, analysis checking, sweep accounts, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, as well as new product offerings.
