About The Position

The Treasury Management Sales Officer serves as a consultant leveraging theirknowledge to provide customized solutions and best practices to clients and prospects. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through partnerships with CommercialRelationship Officers, expanding and deepening relationships with clients usingtreasury management solutions. The Treasury Management Officer will provide clientconsultations and presentations, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensureexceptional service delivery. In this position, you will: Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement Treasury Management sales strategies to grow anddeepen client segments including Business Banking, Middle Market, Associate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Government, and Not-for-Profits. Cross-Sell Solutions: Proactively identify Treasury Management prospects within the existing client portfolioto uncover cross-sell opportunities. Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide tailored solutions to enhance clients’ operating effectiveness and optimizetheir banking experience. Collaborate Effectively: Educate Relationship Officers and Branches on the Treasury Management needs ofclients and prospects to foster a collaborative approach. Enhance Solutions: Offer insights to Product Management to refine and expand Treasury Managementsolutions, ensuring Popular Bank maintains a competitive edge. Stay Informed: Monitor industry trends via conferences, competitor offerings, and pricing to informmarketing strategies, sales objectives, and bank competitiveness. Manage and Review Client Relationships: Conduct regular reviews of client treasury managementrelationships for operating efficiencies and ensure account analysis statements reflect accurate andcompetitive pricing. Proposal & Sales Materials Support : Assist in developing proposals, pro formas, and supporting sales and marketing materials used in the cash management sales process. Problem Resolution: Coordinate timely resolution of operational issues reported by clients with supportfrom Treasury Management Analyst and Associate colleagues. Manage Pipeline: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to enable accurate tracking of sales and revenuegrowth. Drive Results: Achieve measurable portfolio growth in Treasury Management revenue, deposits, and overallprofitability optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates should bring 5–7 years of banking experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Treasury Management sales experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products.
  • Proven strategic and consultative sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in the sale of Treasury Management solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite tool

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
