Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred; equivalent in-depth experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of banking experience, with a strong focus on treasury management.
  • Expertise in complex banking products, services, and account structures.
  • Knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong technological aptitude to operate and explain banking platforms and support programs.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and make consistent decisions.
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Deliver Solutions: Identify, analyze, and sell treasury management products to new and existing commercial clients.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with other lines of business to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
  • Enhance Offerings: Monitor industry trends and evaluate current products to recommend improvements or new services.
  • Grow Client Relationships: Maintain and service existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage Risk: Monitor usage to reduce attrition, boost fee income, and maintain sound risk practices.
  • Analyze Markets: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Support Sales: Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and cross-functional referral efforts.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Conduct research to assess demand for financial products and services in the market.
