Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college in accounting, business, or finance or equivalent experience.
  • Five plus years of treasury management/commercial loan experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking payment system regulations, transaction processing and corporate treasury functions.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals within expected timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in personal computers and related software.
  • This position requires regular travel and client-facing activities, with the expectation of significant time spent in the field developing new business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales: Prospects and sources new commercial clients for treasury management services; develops and executes sales strategies to achieve deposit and fee income goals; prepares and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing pro formas.
  • Relationship Management: Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and consultative engagement; partners with Relationship Managers and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities. Maintains contact with top and high priority customers.
  • Product Expertise & Advisory: Serves as an internal expert on treasury management products and services; provides strategic advisory services to clients on cash management, fraud prevention, and payment solutions. Internally champions new product development and pricing.
  • Market & Industry Engagement: Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; represents the Bank at community events and industry conferences to build brand presence.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of Bank regulations. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
