About The Position

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring clear visibility of cash and robust liquidity planning as the organization grows. You'll be involved in daily cash operations and will oversee forward-looking liquidity, integrating hands-on execution with strategic forecasting and process design. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of liquidity management and forecasting techniques.
Experience in capital-intensive or infrastructure-oriented sectors.
2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
Hands-on experience with cash flow forecast models and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote working environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Kyriba TMS and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity visibility across corporate accounts.
Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operating needs and strategic priorities.
Lead the cash forecast model and maintain forecasting cadence.
Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to refine cash drivers.
Maintain liquidity ladder and identify potential gaps early.
Produce timely cash and liquidity reporting in alignment with standards.
Lead and develop a small treasury team with clear roles and workflows.
