Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact. Your Mission: Responsible for the overall banking and cash management functions for the Ilitch family of companies. These responsibilities include the calculating of daily cash positions, the handling of various treasury and credit programs and the processing of various ACH transfers/wire transfers for depository accounts, direct deposits, taxes, payments and collections. This position provides analytical support for senior management, operates with autonomy and handles confidential information. The position has dealings with a variety of internal departments and outside vendors. How You’ll Make an Impact: Responsible for overall banking functions, including the calculating of daily cash positions, cash forecasting, verification of ACH and wire transfers. Lead process of reporting daily cash positions and cash forecasting; prepare and update rolling cash forecast. Develop and maintains positive relationships with financial institutions and other applicable vendors including but not limited to businesses in the field of merchant processing, armored transportation, gift card manufacturing & smart safe providers. Manage the full scope of supervisory activities for the Cash Management staff including hiring, performance management, coaching and development. Support International banking treasury needs and foreign currency conversions for collection of royalties, fees and wire disbursements. Provides analytical support and expertise for all cash management, A/R and treasury functions for Senior Management. Develop policies and procedures for cash management that are consisted with best practice and maximize department productivity. Collaborate with the Director of Accounting on documented policies and procedures. Complete bank charge analysis, and other analysis as directed. Identifies discrepancies and opportunities to reduce cost. Works with cross functionally and with various banks regarding problem solving deposit exception issues. Manage all aspects of the gift card program, including procurement, distribution & vendor management. Responsible for oversight and reconciliation of purchasing card programs. Coordinates all audit functions and assists with internal and external audits. Works closely with the IHI Director of Treasury on matters ranging from daily reporting to long term initiatives. Identify and lead process improvements for A/R and Cash Management function. Who You Are: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Minimum of seven (7) years of related industry experience. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role including, but not limited to hiring, terminations, coaching, development and salary administration. Proven history of maintaining highly confidential information. Demonstrated ability in strategic agility, priority setting and planning, problem solving and delegation. Evidence of ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with others. Proof of highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the capability to communicate to a wide audience. Computer proficiency (highly skilled in Excel) and financial reporting systems. Ability to work extended hours when required.. Certification – Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Masters Degree or working toward advanced degree in business or related field preferred. Knowledge of Oracle, Infinium, IDS and/or similar ERP applications preferred. Progressive experience in a cash management/treasury environment preferred.
