About The Position

This is a traveling position . Candidates must be available to travel outside the Memphis area , often on short notice, to customer manufacturing plants or warehouses. Project Supervisors are responsible for project setup, team supervision, and customer satisfaction , while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. You will lead teams of Quality Inspectors, serve as the main customer contact on-site, and help drive continuous improvement. Travel accommodations, mileage, and travel time are paid accordingly.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License (required)
Ability to travel to customer facilities , including on short notice
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience with business-to-business customer relations

Responsibilities

Ensure all assigned teams and locations operate in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines
Develop work instructions and train Team Leaders and Inspectors on proper procedures
Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
Oversee project setup, execution, and deliverables
Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and performance feedback to team members
Complete all required training and follow company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
