While travel is a key expectation of this role, we anticipate the selected candidate will be able to work locally for an initial period, with increasing travel potential as business needs expand. Project Supervisors oversee daily operations at customer manufacturing plants and warehouses, managing teams of Quality Inspectors while serving as the primary on-site customer contact. ๐Ÿ’ผ Travel accommodations, mileage, and travel time are paid accordingly.

Requirements

  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience working in business-to-business customer environments
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License (required)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities, including on short notice

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned teams and job sites operate according to company standards, customer requirements, and safety policies
  • Develop and implement work instructions specific to each project
  • Train Team Leaders and Inspectors on proper inspection and quality procedures
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage project setup, execution, and performance deliverables
  • Provide consistent communication, coaching, and supervision to team members
  • Complete all required training and comply with company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
