Candidates must be available to travel outside the Memphis area , often on short notice, to customer manufacturing plants or warehouses. Project Supervisors are responsible for project setup, team supervision, and customer satisfaction , while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. You will lead teams of Quality Inspectors, serve as the main customer contact on-site, and help drive continuous improvement. πŸ’Ό Travel accommodations, mileage, and travel time are paid accordingly.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Ability to travel to customer facilities , including on short notice

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned teams and locations operate in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines
  • Develop work instructions and train Team Leaders and Inspectors on proper procedures
  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Oversee project setup, execution, and deliverables
  • Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and performance feedback to team members
  • Complete all required training and follow company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
