About The Position

This growth requires a strong pipeline of talented and experienced professionals in critical health care leadership roles. We are currently seeking an inspirational Traveling Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who will travel to our various communities on assignments if there is a leadership vacancy, training needed, program support and will provide the highest quality of resident services and care within budgetary guidelines while exceeding community quality and service standards. They will be based in Catonsville, Maryland but will travel to any of our 24 communities located in 11 different states. This person will be responsible for compliance with federal, state, local, and community policies, procedures, and regulations. How you will impact our mission and growth: Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the Continuing Care quality assessment and assurance program. Develops and implements a facility-wide resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and to ensure resident quality and service. Directs the safety and loss prevention program, monitors adherence to safety rules and regulations and takes remedial action when necessary. Plans and develops the capital expenditures budget; coordinates capital improvements. Regularly monitors community performance; reviews and analyzes financial management report; analyze Profit & Loss reports in a timely manner and take corrective action when necessary. Compensation: $150,000 -$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience at this healthcare management level
  • Successful candidates must hold an active NHA license in any state and be willing to obtain additional state NHA licenses as required for their assignments
